EFFECT OF JOB REWARDS AND LEARNING INNOVATION ON TEACHER PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT IN THE ERA OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION

This study aims to analyze the effects of employee benefits and learning innovation on teacher professional commitment. After calculating correlation all research variables in form matrices, data were examined using path analysis. The total sample comprised 251 teachers at Banda Aceh State Senior High School. Based findings, job rewards had a 0.466-point positive direct effect teachers' commitment their careers. influence was 0.589 points. New shows that significant impact innovations can be enhanced through higher wages, high dedication, effective training programs, appropriate curriculum requirements, technology support.
